Due to the number of requests typically received, we will be forced to fill them on a first come, first serve basis. Our goal is to have balanced teams based on skill levels. In effort to do this, we will be forced to take a hard stance on filling teams based on the overall ages within each age range. In other words, obviously we don't want a team full of 8 and 9 year olds playing a team of 6 and 7 year olds. While we have successfully been able to do that in the past, the challenge has become increasingly difficult as returning players request the same teams/teammates as they grow together. In response, we will attempt the following guidelines beginning this season.

1. Siblings of the same league age will continue to automatically be placed together on the same team.
2. We will only guarantee up to two mutual friend requests.
   *We will still make every attempt to satisfy all friend requests as long as it doesn't jeopardize the overall age range of the league and each of the teams.
3. Team/Coach requests will still be considered, however players will be placed on teams in effort to balance the ages of each team.
